Avatar Soundtrack and WallPapers

Avatar Soundtrack  – Track-Listing
1. ”You Don’t Dream In Cryo. ….” – James Horner
This song is crazy.  I imagine that you are in a tormenting state of mind whenever this happens.  Its like pure bass and I would love to place this in a car with a nice system.  Of course like all of this songs they trail off in the end seemingly very little power in the end.
2. Jake Enters His Avatar World – James Horner
3. Pure Spirits Of The Forest – James Horner
4. The Bioluminescence Of The Night – James Horner
Very Calm in the beginning then you hear almost a “Halo” like chorus in the background.  I have not seen the soundtrack but I imagine this is possibly where he really truly understands what the aliens are about.  Its a very calm night which the title obviously illudes to.
5. Becoming One Of ”The People” Becoming One With Neytiri – James Horner
6. Climbing Up Iknimaya : The Path To Heaven” – James Horner
This song is inspiring in a way.  Its like a whole nation is singing to you about life and what not.  I imagine this could be when everyone is figuring out that its better to be peaceful because its almost Hallejulah like.
7. Jake’s First Flight – James Horner
This one starts out with the entire chorus and ends with a single person single…very good music to listen to if you are studying or getting work done.
8. Scorched Earth – James Horner
Very powerful right from the beginning.  Lots of bass with TUba, Trumpet and others playing loud.  Almost Titanic like.  I really enjoy the adventure that this song implies.  Words dont start even forming until 2:20 into the song.
9. Quaritch - James Horner
10. The Destruction Of Hometree – James Horner
This is a grave song that I imagine a lot of people suffering in.  Screams coming out from the crowd…frantically trying to flee from everything.   In the end though, it gets ya every time.  Song wouldnt be the same though without that choir in the background fighting off evil forces.
11. Shutting Down Grace’s Lab – James Horner
12. Gathering All The Na’vi Clans For Battle – James Horner
13. War – James Horner
14. I See You [Theme From Avatar] – Leona Lewis

So I got bored today and was looking around the internet for things to listen to and I found out that Avatar (The movie that came out a couple of days ago) is an adaptation of Ferngully: The Last Rainforest so I just had to see what the music was like.  I have to admit I was very impressed with the audio on this movie.  Its pretty crazy how amazing the group was that put together this music.  All but one song on the album is done by James Horner.  Most of the songs are upbeat with a couple of them being very intense.  I have included a video that has Avatar audio with Ferngully: The Last Rainforest video.

1. ”You Don’t Dream In Cryo. ….” – James Horner

2. Jake Enters His Avatar World – James Horner

Parts of this song with the Indian Flute are pretty cool, but other than that its just a fast paced sprint through music.  Then they bust the harp out at one point which is cool, just weird to me.   I imagine these songs are going to have a lot of Bands playing them for High School contests.

3. Pure Spirits Of The Forest – James Horner

Very slow, this song puts me to sleep to be honest with you.  This music is starting to sound the same…thank goodness I didn’t listen to this in order because I think I would have stopped by song 3.

This song also reminds me something that I have heard before but cant put my finger on it.  I want to say that it was some kind of Tom Clancy movie or something.

6. Climbing Up Iknimaya : The Path To Heaven” – James Horner

This song is inspiring in a way.  Its like a whole nation is singing to you about life and what not.  I imagine this could be when everyone is figuring out that its better to be peaceful because its almost Hallejulah like.

9. Quaritch - James Horner

Almost techno like in the first 30 seconds but then you can really tell where the song is headed.  I feel like this sounds a lot like the previous song.  Its definitely powerful though.

I cannot for the life of me remember where I have heard parts of this song before…but when the choir in the background are going and that trumpet da la da la da I have totally heard before somewhere…but I LOVE IT!  I think its a great song…very powerful.

12. Gathering All The Na’vi Clans For Battle – James Horner

Another inspirational song that starts out slow, gets fast, ends slow haha.  This guy most definitely has his own style of music.  Getting ready for battle they probably start going over their past life and realizing they need to stand up for what is rightfully theirs.  This is the only song that actually ends with somewhat of a bang.

13. War – James Horner

This is an all out, kick you in the mouth, were ready to go, lets just run through the middle of the battle field style of song.  The choir gets going early and the music starts out fast paced with the drums in the back ground boom boom booom boooom booom and man oh man does this song pump you up.  I think it gets faster and louder towards the middle of the song and the choir really goes going.   Of course by the end of the song its dead pretty much.

14. I See You [Theme From Avatar] – Leona Lewis

I love her voice…enough said.  I might be a guy, but I am still entitled to my own opinion.  Trust me, he voice is worth a listen.  Totally Titanic but whatever.  It’s still really good.

Where can I find this Music?

Hi – very great website you have established. I enjoyed reading this posting. I did want to issue a remark to tell you that the design of this site is very aesthetically pleasing. I used to be a graphic designer, now I am a copy editor in chief for a merchandising firm. I have always enjoyed functioning with information processing systems and am attempting to learn code in my spare time (which there is never enough of lol).

When do you suppose you can update with a new entry comparable this. I feel that whole field of indie music needs to get listened to more.

heya very good little blogging site ya got there ;) I use the exact theme on my own blog but for what ever factor it looks to load speedier on your blog despite the fact that your own is carrying way more multimedia. Are you currently making use of any kind of plug ins or widgets which will quicken it up? Do you think you could quite possibly have the titles so that I can use them in my personal web pages so twilight breaking dawn fans could watch twilight eclipse online trailers and films more quickly I’d always be pleased – cheers in advance :)
